Agi wants to live in a world filled with Pilates and books that comes bundled with extra dark chocolate (and not to mention New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc).
She is the founder and owner of Equitness where she is bringing Pilates to her clients helping them to understand the importance of the mind and body balance.
As a Pilates and horse riding instructor with more than 15 years of experience in teaching Agi knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so she developed her unique way to share the knowledge and passion both to Pilates and riding.
Before devoting her life and work full time to Pilates Agi worked as a riding instructor. In addition to be an instructor, she was successful show jumper, competing at international level across Europe. Unfortunately, intensive riding training resulted in a painful back problem. It was when Agi discovered Pilates to strengthen her core and back. To her surprise, more she implemented all Pilates principles, better she performed at the arena. Then, deeply believing in Pilates she started studying it and in effect she completely immerses herself in a vast world of exercises. Then she created her own bespoke sets of routines focusing mainly on balance training and core strengthening.
Today Agi is working with the top dressage riders, helping them to achieve a better performance level using carefully selected training programmes. She is also Air Control Pilates instructor.
When not working, Agi enjoys recording short Pilates routines videos and tutorials for her large social media audience. She is well known for her creativity with Pilates ball and small props.

Iona took up Pilates when she moved from Scotland to Florida in 2006. She started her training in 2007 in a small studio in Palm Beach. It was there that she was introduced to Lolita San Miguel, one of the people taught by Joseph Pilates himself. Iona followed Lolita’s Pilates Master Mentor Programme from 2008-2010. Iona also completed a BCP training in mat, pregnancy 1 & 2 and Bone Health. She currently trains with Cameron Angus on his mentorship programme.
Iona is fully qualified on all the pilates equipment which she uses regularly teaching at the fully equipped Coneyhill studio in Bridge of Allan, Stirling.
Iona lives in the Trossachs where she enjoys walking, running and wild swimming. When time permits, Iona escapes to her pottery studio in the garden.
Maureen is a Pilates teacher and Leadership Coach. She runs Complete Movement in East Lothian.
Her passion is showing people new ways of moving which give them "ah ha" moments. She'll teach you in an interesting and fun way about your body in order to demystify movement and release tension.
Maureen was, most likely, dyspraxic as a child and had to learn Pilates by breaking even the most basic movement down, a skill which she passes on to her clients. Her teaching is gentle, thoughful and fun.
