The Innocent looking Mini Band Loop -Sabrina Faith

The mini band loops are another fabulous way to add challenge and variety to moves you know,  and create new and exciting possibilities. They allows for gentle strengthening and toning of the body, they are also a great rehabilitation tool. Join Sabrina in an exploratory session for all abilities with these looped bands. Alternate between different lengthening and resisting moves using the bands,  to work on different muscle groups and changing difficulty levels.
They are another convenient and portable assistance to your Pilates. 

Find your Roots and Wings on the mat with - Debbie Robbins
A class that brings Debbie’s fusion of Pilates and Aerial to you.
Keeping your feet on the ground (sometimes) and experience flying in the face of fear and limitation, it's a joyous experience!   Don't miss out!

Flow through your Pilates Moves - Nora Class
Nora will lead you through a pilates based whole body workout for all levels of ability. This class is designed to functionally flow with some varied and fun progressions, that can provide a satisfying challenge at every level. We will focus on connections to your body and your centre, and we will work with precision and energy. This class highlights that progress requires a stimulus to reap the rewards, whilst following the principles of Pilates we all know and love. Enjoy

Fearless Spine - Cameron Angus

Join Cameron and move through a progressive, liberating and confidence building mat class for the spine and importantly, you the person.
This is a class born from Camerons  "Fearless Spine" programme, for the prevention and rehabilitation of spinal pain and dysfunction.  Also incorporating giving yourself “permission to move”, by learning to get rid of any fears of movement. 
Aimed at addressing common fears and myths about spines and leaving you with a healthy respect for the integrity and possibilities of the spine, in integrated movement and the pilates repertoire. 
Cameron uses his unique fusion as a clinical specialist physiotherapist and international movement teacher to bring you this great class. 
You will work through moves you know, and then gradually explore and release into your true potential. Designed for all  and shining a light on the path we should be following in our approach to creating  joyful fearless movement.
